Mrs.Cross and her Project By Michael G, and Sumayah M

Today we interviewed Ms.Cross a first grade teacher at Meadow Hill School about her project.  She explained about her 'A Box of Sunshine'.  She told us it was for the victims of the school shooting in Florida. She made some postcards that were yellow to symbolize sunshine. She asked students to make some posters that showed Peace, Hope, and Love. Classes also created an eagle because that was the school symbol of  the school. Also other classes at Meadow Hill  helped make all the posters and donated candy. It was a great project and we want to thank Mrs. Cross. I hope this helps the victims in Florida.
